Shipping & Returns


The original purchaser of Miracle Exclusives' products is fully protected against defects in parts, materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year* under normal use. All repairs will be made without charge, provided the appliance is delivered to our address prepaid and its returned warranty card is on file. Proof of purchase and a check for $15.00 for return shipment within the 48 contiguous United States must accompany each unit. Return shipping fees for items returned from beyond the contiguous United States must be established in writing or by telephone prior to repair. This is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied by any persons in any way connected with the sales, distribution or manufacture of said Miracle Exclusives appliances. This warranty will not apply to any part of this machine which has been subjected to any accident, abuse, misuse, alteration or tampering, and does not cover wearable parts, including but not limited to augers, screens, cutters, gaskets and plungers.

*Longer warranty periods may apply to specific appliances.


Miracle Exclusives offers free shipping on most items ordered from its website, within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping and handling fees will be added to orders beyond the contiguous United States, and these fees may be determined by telephone or writing to Miracle Exclusives. For items that are not marked "free shipping" you may call us at 1-800-645-6360 for complete shipping information.


Miracle Exclusives will accept an item for refund or exchange provided ALL of the following conditions are met.

  • The original buyer must request the return. The buyer may call us at 1-800-645-6360, or send an email to requesting a Return Authorization Number. The number must appear on the outside of the package. Miracle Exclusives reserves the right to refuse any return without the number clearly printed on the return package. The Return Authorization Number will be valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
  • This request must be made within 30 days of the purchase.  
  • Proof of purchase must be included with the shipment.
  • The buyer must send the package to us freight prepaid. Miracle Exclusives will not accept any COD or freight collect shipments.
  • The item must be new and unused. Any item that is used, even once, will not be accepted.
  • The item must be in its original, undamaged, packaging.
  • All of the items in the original package must be returned, including blank warranty cards, instructions, tools, or any other accessories.
  • If the preceding conditions are not fully met Miracle Exclusives may impose a restocking charge of up to 20% of the original purchase price to correct the damage or replace missing items.
  • The final determination of refund, exchange, and restocking fee is solely at the discretion of Miracle Exclusives and will be determined after our incoming inspection.
